 I uploaded my site but I can not see it, why?

 What directory do I upload to?
 public_html or www which are the same directory.
 I want to run my own log analysis tool. Where are my logs?
 Within Control Panel is a log button and error log. You can download and view your logs directly from there. You can also use the log ftp account listed in the ftp section to access log files directly.
 Why can I not telnet into my server? What is SSH?

 Not at all. We can set you up with your own subdomain off our domain such as yourname.ultrawebsitehosting.com without your own domain name. You can add a domain at a later time.
 Do I have to use an FTP program to upload files?
 You can use the built in file manager in the control panel to upload files as well.
