 I can't get the transfer authorization email. Can it be forwarded to a different email address?
Solution The authorization has to be authorized by the registered contact for the domain. We cannot change it and it is this way for security reasons. You will need to update the email address with the current registrar and inform us when you would like the transfer request resent.
