How do I import into a mysql database?
Solution
Log into your control panel and go into the MySQL section. Make sure you have an existing database that you would like to import your data into. If it is there click "phpMyAdmin". This will open a new window for phpmyadmin. Select the correct database from the drop down on the left. Now click the "SQL" table. Here you can import commands and sql backup files.
